We only obtain the personal information that you choose to give to us, and we collect only the information that we need to process your order and to send you special offers. We will NEVER share, rent, lend, or sell this information to any 3rd parties unless required to by law.
2. User activity and statistical information
We do store statistical information about user activity, such as referring sites, browser used, pages visited, and other generic measures of user activity. This information is NEVER passed on to any 3rd parties, and is used only by us in assisting to make our site more useful for users. The Llama Appreciation Society do set and access our own cookies on your computer to personalise your experience of our website, however you are always free to disable these.
3. Phishing and Identity Theft
We will never send you an email asking you to send us personal, financial, or credit card information. If you receive such an email, DO NOT RESPOND as it did not originate from us. Additionally please advise us of such an email by forwarding it to lasmerch@silverchair.net.

We always protect the personal information you share with us. For example, if you make an online purchase with us, we encrypt your personal details like credit card number, to ensure that information is secure.
5. Data Retention
We will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
