3.TERMINATION
This Agreement may be terminated by User at any time by discontinuing use of The LAS store Web site. This Agreement may be suspended or terminated by The LAS (i) automatically upon any violation of this Agreement, with or without prior notice to the User at The LAS sole discretion, or (ii) at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without prior notice to the User. Upon any termination by The LAS, the User shall discontinue any efforts to access The LAS store Web site.
4. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
