Still grieving I guess, I literally cried when I heard the news. Seeing as I'm only 15 it's so incredibly sad that I was never allowed to see them live. My mum was like "one day when you're older"...doesn't help much now. Silverchair has been my whole life. I've loved them ever since I can remember. I have videos of me as a toddler dancing to freak show (don't ask me how) and cause I'm a bass player, Chris IS my idol, the first songs I learnt were 'chair songs. It's a massive part of my life, and I'm still so sad to see it disappear.

You have no idea how much I wish I could have seen them live, I'm sure it would have been indescribable.
But still, rock on guys \\m//. All three of you have changed me for the better. I love you guys. 1992-2011

@ young-and-modern

They ARE amazing live. Really good stage chemistry with one another and their fans are wild about them!

I think they'll do something together again one day, even if it's just live performances. Keep following them. It may take years, but I think you will see them live at some point.
Predictability is the enemy of interesting.
