Just got a shirt for my boyfriend and I in the mail, from here: http://www.veganthis.org/store.html. Got the one at the top pf the page for 1/2 price because there's a printing error on the back! They also sent me free button and patches, and green scare literature.
I'm waiting for the Miss You Love single to some, as well as the Ana's Song picture disc, old BUAV pamphlets, Tomorrow 7" and patches to fix one the knee in my jeans. The weather is pretending to warm up too!

I'm exhausted, i have a huge french test in 2 hours, i just got back from santiago (6 hours trip), i haven't slept properly in 2 days... but i had such a great time last night that i don't care hahaha.. mike patton is a genius!!!

geez it's so hard to describe... mm.. alright, Faith no more has a special thing for Chile, they REALLY like it here so they chose to finish their tour here. In 1991 they played in the Festival de Viña which is like the most important event of the year along with the telethon. Mike grabbed Antonio Vodanovic's ass back then and dedicated a song to a chilean singer which i happen to hate but he found cute lol...

They played here again in 1995 and the audience started spitting at mike but more like to be close to him than inn a rude way, and he LOVED it...

Last year they played here again, and Mike came with Zu aswell earlier last year...

Friday night they played at the annual telethon that raises funds for the rehabilitation of handicapped children, they played ashes to ashes and que he sacado con quererte (violeta parra)+midlife crisis, and instead of calling Don Francisco (the host) by his name, he called him Don Corleone and kissed his hand making a reference to the mafia hahahah it was funny.

And then last night.... it was like the culmination of a love story between them and us hahaha... They played almost every hit except for "the real thing", "ricochet" and "war pigs". Mike asked to be spitted again haha, he threw himself to the audience... well no, not really, but he was in the middle of the audience anyway... 2 encores, we sang even the guitar parts... So basically i'd describe it like this: "i used to say pearl jam's concert in 2005 was the best concert i had ever attended, but faith no more's last night was... wow"

They definitely do more for their fans than Silverchair, with videos, contests, leaking a song 30 seconds at a time... and their fan club being more exclusive. Though, probably more expensive to be fair.

But performing, after years of seeing him play i've felt Matt Bellamy is now a tad over dramatic, not in the 'i'm a rock star i'll be random' way but in ego. At least to me.

P.S I hated all the singles from Resistance, it was too easy for me to go 'oh that sounds like that' but love all their previous albums.

We had our Christmas party for work today. My boss and I played an acoustic set for the staff. Even though most of the music wasn't stuff I was really comfortable with, it was a lot of fun.
