I think the message is telling you how wild Hollywood is with all their wacko people, thats why i think when he says the sorta contradicting phrases "First Male Lesbian" "Gayest Straight Boy" . Then it mentions stuff like "Easy Hopleless admirations of a Hollywood Home/Hole" I think hes trying to say how people have no regards for people that live in Hollywood?
