I LOVE beetroot! Maybe you need to try it in a chocolate cake - delicious! So lovely on hot summer nights with barbecue meats, cold winter nights with roast meats, in healthy interesting salads, soups, smoothies, I could go on and on!

That's my favourite part about beets! It reminds me of my childhood, when we used to sneak into the veggie garden and steal as many carrots as we could. We'd use our shirts to rub off the larger chunks of dirt, and then eat them, dirt and all.
