I LOVE beetroot! Maybe you need to try it in a chocolate cake - delicious! So lovely on hot summer nights with barbecue meats, cold winter nights with roast meats, in healthy interesting salads, soups, smoothies, I could go on and on! :P

That's my favourite part about beets! :oops: :lol: It reminds me of my childhood, when we used to sneak into the veggie garden and steal as many carrots as we could. :) We'd use our shirts to rub off the larger chunks of dirt, and then eat them, dirt and all. :D
