Does any of you guys know anything about a music called faraway stables? Somebody told me it was supposed to be released on diorama but Dan didn' like it and then it was put aside without even being recorded... There's another one called "flowers". I know nothing about it either.

yeah...but accually they were both recorded after the album was realesed to be put on the new b-sides rocord thats coming out late 2007. I managed to get a copy of and they sound pretty good. Very dioromaish.

Oh, man you fooled me. hahahaha Anyway, I've heard from Dan in a interview that Faraway stables was a song that he wrote but he didn't record it because he thought it too stupid. He answered this when he was asked why the name of their DVD is faraway stables. Thanks, man!

Well, I've never heard it talked of in relation to a song, but it is possible that Daniel wrote a song called Faraway Stables and was intending to name the album after it..

Has there ever been any talk of a b-sides album? I know that the pre-Diorama stuff got put out on the Best Of collection and that there has only been two albums since, but has anyone ever said anything about a b-sides album eventually?

i think of horse stables in a faraway lands that actually house unicorns and stuff.

or maybe it means stables, as in secure, or stable.

or maybe its a play on words

or maybe someone knows and should tell me

yeah....im sure you managed to "get a copy" of two silverchair songs that not one other person on earth has heard...and you just happen to choose not to tell us how you got them...or make them available for us.
