singing. I guess like My Chemical Romance...they sort of "whine". And from this idea I was thinking that you could sort of see Neon Ballroom as having some "whiny" spots here and there--so maybe these new bands picked up on some of the whiny parts in NB and said, "hey, I like that, why don't we make music like that, that sounds really whiny?"
