I read that one of the things he said when he was talking about ATN being the final tour was that when he was writing and creating music, he felt closer to God. Now maybe he meant "God" as in whatever the higher power may be, or he meant "God" as in the Christian version..who knows. My sister listened to his rap and said that he is either a Christian with a good sense of humor, or he is Satan lol. And I know that a few years ago, him and Manson talked about religion and it was said that they had some of the same views. Hmm..If I can find any of these damn articles, I'll post them.
yea i member hearing an interview on the radio once when diorama first came out, and dan said that writting his music in the studio helped him grow closer to god. I am continually confused with where his beliefs are. I think he's just as confused about it all as us. In the past i thi9nk he was more of an aethiest, and i think he's grown to believe that there is a higher power, but isn't exactly sure what it is. I reckon he believes in God (christian God) and I'm happy for him if he does! basically whatever brings him peace I'm happy with, if he has turned to religion, then i hope it makes him happy and brings him peace. whatever he has chosen, it's apersonal journey. I believe in God, I am a christian, so personally I'd love him o believe in i, but I accept whatever he choses, as long as he's happy and content.
