I am gonna be there. I will also be at the Austin show. My friends and I are excited about the Austin show. I was hoping and praying for months that they would come here. I love living here even more now!

This ticket thing was just getting ridiculous! I don't understand why they don't at least have it up on their website...and like I said before I need to change my flight from LA and buy tickets for the trip back to Florida. I want to take care of that as soon as possible so I know how much spending money I have after flights and hotels.

How far is Houston from Austin? I'm too tired and lazy to look it up right now

looks like its a little under a 3 hour drive if you believe mapquest. 165 miles. i remember looking up flights between the cities a while back and i think it was around $100. with 2 of you though, you guys could probably rent a car for the day and cut your costs in half.

Yeah...it's not that bad of a drive...but you have to make sure if you don't know Houston to get out of there as EARLY as humanly possible...and now-a-days Austin is no walk in the park...you can be sitting on one stretch of highway for hours in Houston if there is an accident and then the traffic is horrendous to say the least....just traffic can take you hours to get out....it's hell...just clueing you in :)

Thanks! There's no way I'm driving 3 hours (especially not knowing my way around all the bad traffic)

We'll see how it goes after booking the flights back to Florida and a 2 night stay in Houston. The Biltmore in LA was nice enough to give us a discount since we just stayed there a couple of months ago. If anything, we'll just fly to Austin if it's only going to cost about $100. Is that roundtrip though?

If we see them in Austin that's great, but if not I'll be satisfied with the Houston show...that'll be 5 shows in almost 2 weeks :D ...I'm certainly not complaining!
